At Choprush, we are committed to delivering your baby essentials with care, speed, and reliability. This policy outlines the shipping procedures, timelines, charges, and important guidelines to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for our customers.
🚚 Shipping Coverage & Delivery Partners
We currently deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India through trusted logistics partners. All orders are shipped from our warehouse after careful quality checks and packaging.
⏱ Dispatch Timeline
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email and SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.
🕒 Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas / North-East / J&K: 5–10 business days
Please note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
💸 Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable on all orders below ₹699 (excluding taxes, discounts, or COD charges).
- Free shipping is offered on orders of ₹699 and above, valid for select locations.
- For certain pin codes or high-volume orders, additional charges may apply. These will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of order cancellations or returns.
🧾 Convenience & Platform Fees
In some cases, Choprush may levy a convenience fee depending on:
- The delivery location
- The size or weight of the parcel
- The type of service selected (e.g., express delivery)
This fee, if applicable, will be shown clearly in your payment summary before checkout.
📦 Delivery Process
- Delivery will be attempted up to three times by our courier partner. After failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.
- Kindly ensure that the delivery address and phone number entered during checkout are accurate and reachable.
🔐 OTP-Based Secure Delivery
To enhance delivery security:
- A 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number once your package is out for delivery.
- Please do not share your OTP with anyone unless the delivery agent is physically present at your doorstep.
- Choprush is not responsible for any misuse of OTPs shared prematurely or with unauthorized persons.
📍 Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change in the delivery address only if:
- The order has not been shipped.
- The new address is serviceable by our delivery partners.
Reach out to our support team as early as possible for assistance.
📦 Tracking Your Order
After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via:
- Email
- SMS
- “Track Your Order” section on our website
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier partner.
❗ Delays & Cancellations
In rare situations such as courier disruptions, strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities, delivery timelines may be affected. We appreciate your patience and will ensure regular updates in such cases.
Choprush reserves the right to cancel orders that are unserviceable or delayed beyond an acceptable period, with a full refund to your original payment method.
