Returns & Cancellations

We want you and your little one to love what you ordered. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Just drop us an email at support@choprush.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the simple steps.

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size or style, email us at support@choprush.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
As long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact, we’ll sort it out quickly for you.

Sale items can only be exchanged — not returned for a refund — unless they arrived damaged or defective.
We’ll always try to help where we can, so feel free to contact us if you’re unsure.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
If you haven’t received it yet:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your card company — it might take some time to reflect

  • If it’s been over 10 days, reach out to us at support@choprush.com and we’ll look into it right away
