Returns & Replacements Policy

At Choprush, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and customer-friendly return and replacement process.

 

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You can initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if your item meets any of the following conditions:

  • Received the wrong item (size, color, or product)

  • Item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

  • Item is missing parts/accessories

  • Size mismatch based on order details

Note: Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in resalable condition.

 

🔁 Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for eligible cases such as:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged/defective items

  • Wrong product received

If the exact product is unavailable, you may opt for:

  • An exchange of equal value

  • A credit voucher

  • A refund to your original payment method (if applicable)

 

📦 How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Go to My Orders on your Choprush account

  2. Click on Request Return next to the item

  3. Upload photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

  4. Select reason and submit

Alternatively, email us at support@choprush.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Item name

  • Reason for return

  • Images (if required)

Our team will get in touch with you within 24–48 hours.

 

🚚 Return Pickup Process

  • We will schedule a reverse pickup from your address via our courier partner.

  • Please ensure the item is properly packed for return.

  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the item. A reimbursement of shipping charges (up to ₹60) may be provided with valid courier receipt.

 

💸 Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method or via a Choprush store credit if requested.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

🔄 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from the “My Orders” section.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.

 

📝 Important Notes

  • Any abuse of return policies (frequent returns, worn items, etc.) may lead to account restrictions.

  • In case of disputes, Choprush reserves the right to make the final decision.
